Serenity AI is an AI-powered mental wellness companion application that provides conversational support, guided exercises, and wellness tools. The app uses artificial intelligence to deliver personalized experiences but is not a replacement for licensed therapy, counseling, psychiatric treatment, or medical advice.

By using Serenity AI, you acknowledge that the app is designed for general wellness purposes only.

The Serenity AI system is designed with the following clinical boundaries:

• The AI never diagnoses mental health conditions
• The AI never pathologizes normal human emotions or behavior
• The AI avoids toxic positivity and validates your feelings authentically
• When crisis language is detected, the AI connects you to real professional resources rather than attempting to provide crisis counseling
• The AI may suggest professional support when appropriate

You understand and acknowledge that:

• AI responses may occasionally be inaccurate, inappropriate, or unhelpful
• The AI is not a licensed therapist, counselor, or medical professional
• AI-generated advice should not be relied upon as the sole basis for mental health decisions
• The AI memory system may sometimes extract or recall information incorrectly
• Voice sessions use AI-generated speech, not a real human

You may create an account using email/password, Apple Sign In, or Google OAuth. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must be at least 13 years old (or the applicable age of digital consent in your jurisdiction) to use Serenity AI.

Free Tier includes:

• 15 AI chat messages per day
• 3 breathing exercises
• 11 ambient sounds
• Daily mood tracking
• Basic exercises

Premium ($9.99/month or $79/year) includes:

• Unlimited AI conversations
• 60 min/month voice sessions
• All 45+ exercises unlocked
• All premium sounds
• AI memory system
• Full personalization features

Premium subscriptions include a 7-day free trial. Subscriptions are managed through Apple App Store or Google Play Store via RevenueCat. Billing, renewal, and cancellation follow the respective platform's policies. You can cancel your subscription at any time through your device's subscription settings.

You retain ownership of all content you create within Serenity AI, including journal entries, chat messages, and personal notes.

By using the app, you consent to:

• AI processing of your conversations to provide personalized responses
• Extraction and storage of memories from conversations (unless Safe Space Mode is enabled)
• Use of your mood and exercise data to personalize recommendations

You can view, edit, or delete any stored memory at any time. You can delete your entire account and all associated data through the app settings. See our Privacy Policy for full details.

You agree not to:

• Misuse the crisis detection system
• Attempt to extract harmful, dangerous, or illegal content from the AI
• Share your account with others
• Use the app in ways that violate applicable laws or regulations
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or tamper with the app
• Use automated systems to access the app beyond normal usage

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Serenity AI and its creators shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from your use of the app, including but not limited to reliance on AI-generated content, emotional distress, or failure of crisis detection features.

We may modify these terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated through the app or via email. Continued use of Serenity AI after modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
