Delete Your Account & Data

You can delete your account directly from the Serenity AI app by following these steps:

1. Open the Serenity AI app on your device.
2. Go to Settings (or Profile).
3. Tap "Delete Account".
4. Confirm the deletion when prompted.

When you delete your account, the following data will be permanently removed:

• Your profile and account information
• All conversation history
• All audio recordings from voice sessions
• Progress data, mood check-ins, and exercise history
• Preferences and AI memories

Account deletion is processed within 30 days of your request. During this period, your account will be deactivated and inaccessible.

If you want to clear your conversation history without deleting your entire account, you can do so from the app:

1. Open the Serenity AI app and go to Settings.
2. Select "Clear Conversation History" (or "Delete Chat History").
3. Confirm the deletion.

Data that will be deleted:

• All conversation and chat history
• Audio recordings from voice sessions

Data that will be kept:

• Your profile and email address
• Account settings and preferences
• Subscription information
